How does the tool estimate the number of pallet positions?

After you outline your warehouse, the tool subtracts any excluded zones and a wall-egress safety buffer, then fits standard double-deep selective-racking modules with reach-truck drive aisles and cross-aisles into the usable floor area. It multiplies the resulting bays by the number of rack levels your building's clear height allows to estimate total pallet positions.

Can I choose which direction the pallet rack rows run?

Yes. You can let the tool automatically align the rows to your building's walls for the best fit, or force the rows to run East - West or North - South. The suggested layout and pallet count update to match your choice.

What units can the warehouse area be shown in?
